The Fund adopted the use of MDA Property System’s Property Manager in July 2018. The system provided comprehensive software for property management of the two Fund’s retail, office, industrial and residential portfolios.
In August 2019, The Fund is now set to launch a client Portal which will allow tenants/clients to self-serve from any device eliminating the need for phone or email.
