Principal Officer / General Manager
The Principal Officer / General Manager assists the Board in meeting its fiduciary and oversight obligations in line with the Fund Rules. The Principal Officer / General Manager also represents ZEIPF and ZESA Staff Pension Fund on a policy level. He has the overall responsibility for financial reporting and disclosure, consolidating and amending the Fund’s rules and valuating liabilities and assets.
The Principal Officer implements all Board decisions, Strategic Objectives and is further supported in this role by the Management Committee (MANCO).
The current Principal Officer/ General Manager is Mr. Bright Kondo.
